How We Work
At Unique Landscape Management, we take pride in a structured approach that ensures every property we manage thrives. Our process is built on clear communication, professional standards, and a deep understanding of the local Sonoma County environment.
Step 1: Contact & Assessment
The journey starts with understanding your property’s potential. We visit your site in Sonoma County to evaluate your current landscape health and discuss your specific needs. This foundational assessment ensure we build a service plan that truly reflects your goals for your outdoor space.
Step 2: Service Plan & Agreement
Following our thorough site assessment, we develop a comprehensive maintenance strategy specific to your property's grass species, plant types, and hydration needs. We finalize the scope of work and seasonal frequency in a clear service agreement, ensuring transparency and perfect alignment before we begin our partnership.
Step 3: Scheduling Your Service
Reliability starts with a plan. Once your agreement is signed, we integrate your property into our professional service routes. We coordinate specific property access and notify you of your regular service window, ensuring our high-quality care begins without delay or complication.
Step 4: Ongoing Maintenance
Our team shows up on schedule and keeps your landscape looking its best. Services may include: Lawn care, Trimming and pruning, Weed control, Irrigation checks, General property upkeep.
Step 5: 💳 Billing & Payments
We keep billing simple, secure, and hassle-free. Recurring maintenance services are billed on a monthly basis. A card on file is required for all recurring services. Payments are processed automatically each billing cycle. One-time services (such as cleanups) are billed upon completion or as agreed. All billing details will be clearly explained and approved before any work begins—no surprises.
